COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION
CUTTER, DOUGHNUT, 3-INCH
The General Service Administration has authorized the use of this Commercial Item Description in preference to MIL-C-40115 for all federal agencies.
1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This commercial item description covers one type and size of doughnut cutter, 3-inch round.
2. SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
2.1 Design and construction. The doughnut cutter shall be made from 24 gauge cold rolled steel.
2.2 Finish. The finish of the doughnut cutter shall be bright nickel plated in accordance with MIL-C-26074.
